Starts with Honesty.

JESUS, You are the beautiful One.

You desire truth in the inward parts.

God, You are the blessing!

Your words sweeten our mouths and purify us. They teach us what really is.

You never lie to us, You are truth, and You convict us of all sin.

Be honest with Him. Never lie to Him; He loves us and already knows all anyway. Ultimately, He wants communion with us, so we have to choose to confide in Him. Love never forces. Let the Holy Spirit lead you to find companions on your pilgrim journey who are trustworthy and who you can mutually share with and converse with and be vulnerable and pray for one another.

God wants us to be vulnerable. The psalms of lament give us Glorious permission as Rev. David Ingall describes it. (see here: https://youtu.be/bp_fXBXIwlQ)

I pray that you and I will truly enter pure relational vulnerability that shares and loves and receives 'confidences' and loves and does it all again and again in community.
